Granite Construction Company (Granite) requests subquotes from all qualified susbcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE, firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to:
DIGOUTS, REMOVALS, & REPLACE 3” AC, SURFACE PREP & AC OVERLAY, LEVELING COURSE, PAVEMENT FABRIC, SAWCUT & REMOVE EXISTING AC, SKIN PATCH, CRACKFILL & DOUBLE SEAL COAT, REMOVE EXISTING BENCHES AND FOOTINGS, REMOVE & INSTALL PCC SWALE, SIDEWALK, PCC CURB, REMOVE THROUGH DRAIN & INSTALL PCC SCUPPER W/ STEP PLATE, R/R HEADERBOARD, NEW SOD LAWN, RAISE DOWNSPOUTS, RAISE BASKETBALL BACKBOARDS AND HOOPS, ADJUST IRRIGATION, ADJUST EXISTING UTILITY BOXES, REMOVE FENCE FABRIC & REPLACE AFTER PAVING, ADJUST HANDRAILING FOR DRINKING FOUNTAINS, PAINT MARKINGS & RPM, ASPHALT CONCRETE, TRUCKING

Including items of work normally performed by Granite.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Granite will work with interested DVBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Requirements: Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
