Project Name: Silverado Trail Overlay
Project Description: This project entails the overlay of the Silverado Trail to a minimum depth of 1.8 inches from north of Howell Mountain Road to Deer Park Road. The overlay work will include grinding and cleaning transition areas at the project limits and at driveways. The project shall also include but not be limited to raising all utility covers within the roadway to match new roadway elevations and restriping the roadway surface. It is the intent of this project to overlay only within the existing pavement limits of the roadway, including existing paved shoulders. Road width is 40 feet, including roadway shoulders. This overlay project will not have a negative environmental on any resources within or near the project limits. The limits of the overlay along Silverado Trial extend from Deer Park Road to 3000 feet North of Howell Mountain Road.
Engineer's Estimate: $276,435.00
20 WD and $300 per day LD

GRINDING, RAISE 12" UTILITY VALVES, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, STRIPING AND TRUCKING
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through the County of Napa @ 1195 Third Street, Rm 201, Napa CA, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Tom Smith is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
