Project Description: The Taxiway Z Rehabilitation Project generally consists of but is not limited to rehabilitating Taxiway Z pavement and replacing Taxiway Z electrical circuits and edge lights.

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
CONTAMINATED SOILS REMOVAL ALLOWANCE, AIRFIELD TRAFFIC AND SAFETY CONTROL, ELECTRICAL DEMOLITION, PAVEMENT PULVERIZATION AND BLEND, LIME TREATED SUBGRADE, BITUMINOUS COAT, DIRECTIONAL BORE, PVC CONDUIT-CONCRETE ENCASED, NO. 8 5,000 V CABLE, COMMUNICATION CABLE, L-861 MITL LED ELEVATED, LIGHTED LED AIRFIELD GUIDANCE SIGN, ELECTRICAL PULLBOXES, PAVEMENT MARKING, HYDROSEEDING AND TRUCKING.
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through the County of Sonoma Airport @ 707/565-7243, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Dan Palmer is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
