            SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids and material quotes from UDBE and DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 5.16% race conscious UDBE Participation and 10.7% race neutral DBE participation. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions.  Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions.  Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for 180 days from the date of notice of award. Plans can be acquired from Commission office reception desk at 4080 Lemon Street, 3rd Flr., Riverside, CA 92501.
