Project Description: Work description: street dig-out repairs; grinding street asphalt concrete; adjusting surface utility covers below grinding pland and to finish grade after resurfacing with asphalt concrete; installation of inter-layer reinforcing fabric; traffic control; striping and removing and replacing concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk.
Engineer's Estimate: $150,000.00

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
TRAFFIC CONTROL, PAVEMENT GRINDING, PRF, ADJUST MONUMENT AND WATER VALVE FRAME AND COVER TO GRADE, CONCRETE SIDEWALK, STRIPING AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS AND TRUCKING
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through the City of Dixon @ 707/678 - 7000, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Thomas Smith is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
