Project Description: Work includes demolition of existing HVAC units and portions of existing concrete slab to prepare for new flooring; removal of existing structural wall and installation of temporary shoring; new construction of walls, doors, wall board ceilings, and flooring; upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; installation of lockers, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and accessories, staff office work cabinets, and staff shower area; exterior plaster work at new doorways and exterior roof work at new HVAC units.
