Project Name: Suisun Valley Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project
Project Description: The Suisun Valley Road Pavement Project generally consists of, but is no limited to, cold plane asphalt grinding as much as 4” deep, applying asphalt concrete as much as 4” thick, removal and replacement of ADA ramps, applying traffic striping and markings, installation of traffic loops and related conduits, and other items of work called for in the plans.
Engineer's Estimate: $557,000.00

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
PREPARE & IMPLEMENT SWPPP, TRAFFIC CONTROL, COLD PLANE AC, PULL BOXES, WATER VALVES, ADJUST SANITARY SEWER MANHOLES, MONUMENTS, INSTALL TRAFFIC LOOPS, FURNISH AND INSTALL FIBERGLASS PAVING GRID, THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING, REMOVE AND REPLACE ADA RAMP, ELECTRICAL AND TRUCKING.
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through The City of Fairfield @ 707/428-7485, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Dan Palmer is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
