Project Name: Cloverdale Municipal Airport Runway Rehabilitation and Connector Taxiway
Project Description: Furnish all equipment, tools, apparatus, facilities, material and labor to complete the Runway Rehabilitation and Connector Taxiway at the Cloverdale Municipal Airport
Engineer's Estimate: $500K-$800K
Work/calendar days: 45 working days
Liquidated damages: $900.00/day
DBE Goal: 6.3%

Bid Date: July 20th, 2010 at 2:00 PM
This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Trucking, traffic control/barricades, SWPPP, clear/grub, soil sterilant, bituminous tack coat, paint striping, crack sealing, milling, sawcutting, seeding, PRF, edge markers, airfield electrical removal and demo, remove/reinstall PAPI complete, raise existing edge light to grade, airfield lighting cable, electrical service equipment/cables/conduits, REIL and controller installed/tested, elevated runway edge light globe, elevated runway threshold light, L-867 base can cover and blank cover.
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through Coastland Civil Engineering, 1400 Neotomas Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 707-571-8005, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Tom Smith, is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
