Project Name: Stimulus Overlay Project Phase 2 – Lewis Road
Project Description: In general, the work consists of cold planing AC and blade-patching; digouts; placing pavement mat/fabric; furnishing and placing an asphalt concrete overlay over the main line, intersections, and driveways; installing traffic stripes and markings, and pavement reflective markers.
Engineer's Estimate: $360,000.00
25 WD, $2,100.00 per day LD
UDBE Goal: 6%

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
COLD PLANE AC, PAVEMENT FABRIC, PAVEMENT MAT, STRIPING, PAVING MARKINGS AND TRUCKING.
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through the County of Solano @ 675 Texas Street, Suite 5500, Fairfield, CA, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Dan Palmer is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
