Items Requested (But Not Limited To): SWPPP, Traffic Control, Adjust Manholes/Monuments, Asphalt Concrete, Minor Concrete, Thermoplastic Striping/Markings, Landscaping, Irrigation, Detector Loops, Construction Area Signs, Clear & Grubbing, Ready Mix Concrete, Pavement Markers, Paving Asphalt, Concrete Curbs/Sidewalks, Bottom Dump Trucking.
Info: Granite Construction Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% Performance & payment bonds may be required for the full amount of Subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and Worker's compensation coverage meeting Granite's requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
