Location of Work: 64-Acre Tract in Tahoe City, CA
Description of Work: Construction of a transit Structure with supporting infrastructur, including 130-space parking lot, storm drains, highway lane widening, landscaping, signage, and revegetation.

We are soliciting quotes from certified DBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following categories of work (including but not limited to): clear/grub, site prep, earthwork, excavation, ac paving, striping, signage, lighting, storm drains, landscaping, irrigation, sewer pipe, electrical. Work will be broken down to accommodate subcontractor quotes. Quotes are due by Friday, February 19, 2010.
Diablo Contractor, Inc. (DCI) is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds with a surety complany thereof, subject to the approval of DCI, will be required of all subcontractors. DCI will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Please contact DCI for assistance with bondind, insurance, or lines of credit. Any bid provided by your company constitutes an acceptance on each and every term of the general contractor's standard form contract.
