General Description of Work: The work consists of construction of the City of San Joaquin 0.5 mgd Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion in the City of San Joaquin, California. The project includes a mechanical screen structure, oxidation ditch, mixed liquor splitter box, two secondary clarifiers, scum pump station, RAS/WAS pump station, two sludge beds, decant structure, and sludge decant pump station, effluent flow meter structure, standby generator, electrical building, new percolation Pond D, deepening of existing Oxidation Ponds Nos. 2 & 3, relocation of the existing surface aerators at Oxidation Pond No. 1, yard piping, repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and miscellaneous incidentals for a complete and usable facility.
