Is requesting quotations from all qualified UDBE Subcontractors and Material suppliers for the following project with the City of Half Moon Bay:
Highway 1 Median Landscaping Project
BID DATE AND TIME: September 9, 2010 at 3:00 PM
PLEASE SUBMIT SUB BIDS AND/OR PRICE QUOTES NO LATER THAN 10 AM Bid day.
In your correspondence regarding this project, please reference the
project by name, your UDBE status, and include your name and contact
information.
When submitting a bid, please include UDBE (or DBE) Certification Number
and Expiration Date.
This request includes, but is not limited to subcontractors for the
following bid items / trades and or suppliers of materials for :
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan;
Drainage;
Fiber rolls (w/wo installation);
Trucking;
Saw cutting;
Minor concrete work;
Decomposed Granite (w/wo installation);
Street Sweeping;
Electric service (irrigation);
Plant Establishment.
We are willing to break bid items down into economically feasible units
to facilitate UDBE participation.

* lines of credit, insurance or bonding;
* necessary equipment, supplies and/or materials or related
assistance or services;
* plans and specifications;
* any technical assistance or information related to the plans,
specifications and/or requirements for the work;
or if you have other bid related problems we might be able to assist you
