SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids & material quotes from DVBE/SBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the recommended 3% DVBE and 25% SBE goal for minority participation. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for 60 days from the date of Notice of Ward.

Qualified DVBE/SBE firms are encouraged to participate. Bonding, LOC, and special insurance limits may be required; please contact SEMA for assistance. We will assist with any technical information relating to plans, specs and requirements for work being provided. Where needed, SEMA will help with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance and/or services. EOE.
