Granite Construction Company (Granite) requests subquotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified UDBE, firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to:
TEMP FENCE, CONSTRUCTION SITE MGT, HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN, SWPPP, TEMP CONCRETE WASHOUT (PORTABLE), STORM WATER ANNUAL REPORT, TEMP CREEK DIVERSION, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, NATURAL RESOURCE PROTECTION PLAN, FISH PROTECTION, CONCRETE REMOVAL, CLEAR & GRUB, RDWAY EXCAVATION, EROSION CONTROL, PLANT GROUP, PLANT ESTABLISHMENT WORK, IRRIGATION SYSTEM, PERFORMATED PLASTIC PIPE UNDERDRAIN, CLASS 3 PERMEABLE MATERIAL, ROCK WEIR, ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION, STREAM-BED MIX, CONCRETE (CHANNEL LINING), KIOSK, TRUCKING

Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Granite will work with interested UDBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Requirements: Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
