Project Description: The work generally consists of removal and replacement of damaged curb, gutter, sidewalk, drive approaches, driveways, street sections and the removal and replacement of street trees, on Hemlock Street and Bancal Court.
Engineer's Estimate: $356,868.00
Work/calendar days: 45 working days
Liquidated damages: $300.00/day
UDBE Goal: 2.76%

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Traffic Control, Clearing & Grubbing, Landscape Restoration, Tree Planting & Plant Establishment, PCC Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, Driveway, Ramps, Full Depth AC Plug (6"), Survey Monumentation and Trucking.
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through the City of Napa, 1600 First Street, Napa, CA 94559 for $40 per set plus shipping, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Jim Petnic, is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
