Project Description: The work in general consists in the placement of a compacted asphalt concrete structural section, two inches (2") thick over an existing asphalt pavement road surface, including driveway paved wingouts, grind-outs, temporary pavement markers, shoulder backing, applying two coats of painted traffic stripes, pavement markings, and a fog seal coat to be applied no sooner than one year after completion of project. The scope of this project is 2.38 miles on Ben Hur from P.M. 25.93 to P.M. 28.31, width varying from 22 ft. to 23ft., in Mariposa County.
