SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers to meet the goals for minority participation. The goals are as follows: 51.2% with small business, 8.8% with small disadvantaged business, 7.3% with women owned business, 1.5% with service disabled veteran owned small business and 3.1% with HUBZone small business. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for 90 days from the date of Notice of award.
