Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the requirements for the following:

PROJECT: Anza Creek and Hidden Valley Creek Restoration Project Spec. No. 24-01
OWNER: SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (SBVMWD)

DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Shoring, Traffic Control, Site Security, Dust Abatement, Develop Water Supply, Dewatering, Erosion Control, Tree Removal, Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation, Soil Placement, Soil Hauling and Disposal, Temporary Bridge, Channel Excavation, Furnish Aggregates, Riprap, Furnish Boulders, Hydroseeding, Straw Mulch, Signage, Remove and Replace Culverts, Landscape Restoration, Chain Link Fence and Vehicular Gate, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Fiber Rolls and Silt Fence, Temporary Construction Entrance, Temporary Erosion Control, Equipment Rental, Street Sweeping, Trucking, Construction Material Supply, Construction Surveying. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors and suppliers to breakdown items into economical feasible packages and to establish delivery/construction schedules to allow for maximum DBE participation.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values.  Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services for this project. Please contact us for more information. Ames’ Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and Conditions” including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
