Traffic control, trucking, flagging, aggregate base and backfill suppliers, l, construction staking and surveying, storm water pollution prevention program, sheeting shoring, selective site demolition, Concrete valley gutter, sidewalk, and reinforcement, railings, electrical, power system studies, earthwork, trenching, backfill and compaction, aggregate, concrete paving and base, pavement markings and signs, fences and gates, cured in place pipe lining, manhole rehabilitation, horizontal directional drilling, sanitary sewer piping, grinder pump station, precast concrete sanitary sewerage structures

Copies of the contract documents are available through Draftech Blueprinting, Inc., 1544 Terrace Way, Santa Rosa, California 95404, telephone: (707) 578-9442. or local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.

Argonaut Constructors may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut Constructors written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.

Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
