Time of Completion: Construction of the East County Advanced Water Purification project is set to start at the beginning of January 2025. The project end date is scheduled for December 2027. The bulk of the construction work will take place from March 2025 through June 2027.

Summary of Work: The East County Advanced Water Purification project is a 10-mile pipeline that will start on East Mission Gorge Road near the 52 and 125 over pass in Santee. The pipeline will begin at the East Mission Gorge Pump Station and make its way west on Mission Gorge Road through Father Junipero Trail and then back onto Mission Gorge Road, heading west until it reaches Zion. From this point, the pipeline will traverse through Zion, Riverdale, Vandever and Fairmont heading south to Camino Del Rio North near the I-8 freeway. The pipeline will then head west on Camino Del Rio North ending just past the I-15 freeway overpass at an existing Manhole.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:
Survey, Settlement Monitoring, QA/QC/Testing, Asphalt Paving, Profilograph, PCC Flatwork, Slurry Seal, CIPP Lining, Pipe Cleaning, Cellular Fill, Traffic Loops and Ped Push Buttons, Striping.

Orion Construction is willing to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.
