This request includes, but is not limited to, the following: Traffic control, trucking, flagging, aggregate base suppliers, landscape, construction staking and surveying, storm water pollution prevention program, sheeting shoring, bracing, pvc pipe, fittings, valve, backflow preventor, blowoff, combo air valve and water meter suppliers, bore and jack casing subcontractor, 2 sack cement slurry, cast-in place concrete, pavement and concrete restoration.

Copies of the contract documents are available for FREE through Periscope (formerly Bid Sync at (https://www.BidSync.com). or local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void.  Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
