Project Description: Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. is seeking certified MBE/WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the San Leandro Creek (Line P) Concrete Channel Rehabilitation, Between 98th Avenue and UPRR in Oakland, Alameda County, CA. The project, in general, consists of preparing and implementing water pollution control plan, clearing & grubbing, designing & implementing de-watering system, providing temporary shoring, installing & removing temporary chain-link construction fence, drilling & installing CIDH piles with tie backs, furnishing & placing soil nails, steel reinforcement, furnishing placing concrete & all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project.
Engineer's Estimate: $3,200,000.00
MBE goal: 15% / WBE Goal: 5%
155 CD / $1,000 per day LD

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. GCC’s written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection on GCC’s website (www.ghilotti.com) and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming GCC as additional insured; including completed operations coverage; Use form ‘CG-2010-1185’ or equivalent; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
