Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Demolition, Grading, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Landscape & Irrigation, Fencing, Reinforcing Steel, Structural Concrete, Concrete Masonry, Misc Steel, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Waterproofing & Joint Sealant, Roofing Flashing & Sheet Metal, Metal Doors & Frames, Coiling Doors, Glass & Glazing, Skylights, Lath and Plaster, Gyp Board and Metal Framing, Ceramic Tile, Accoustic Ceiling Panels, Resilient Flooring, Painting & Water Repellant, Signage, Toilet Accessories and Partitions, Metal Lockers, Window Coverings, Gym Equipment, Elevator, Underground Utilities, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested DVBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
