Coffman Specialties, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for contract award. Insurance and 100% Payment & Performance Bonds will be required. We will provide assistance/advice with obtaining Bonds/Insurance/Credit. Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Plans are available online through CALTRANS and our San Diego Office. We are an EOE & seriously intend to negotiate with qualified firms. Non-UDBE Subs/Suppliers: Indicate 2nd tier UDBE participation offered on your quotation as it will be evaluated with your price.
