Project: P-l 086 RECRUIT FIELD BARRACKS, RANGES 501 AND 505
Project Description: P-l 086 Recruit Field Barracks consisting of two
sites on the Camp Pendleton Marine Base, constructed one at a time, each with 9 premanufactured
buildings. Each site includes 54,000 SF of buildings, site grading and
SWPPP, site utilities, landscaping, road base and stabilized DG, fencing and bollards,
trash enclosure, masonry walls, brow ditches, concrete slab on grade and various walks,
light gauge framing and gypsum wall board, suspended ceilings, painting, tubular
skylights, blast resistant HM doors, blast resistant windows, sectional doors, restroom
fixtures and showers, and HVAC.
The following trades are not needed: electrical, fire
alarm, overhead fire sprinkler, structural steel, pre-manufactured metal buildings.
