SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers to meet the goals for minority participation. The goals are as follows: 50% with small business, 17% with small disadvantaged business, 18% with women owned business, 8.5% with veteran owned small business 4% with service disabled veteran owned small business and 10% with HUB Zone small business. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for at least 60 days from the date of Notice of award.

Remarks
General work description: Excavation and backfill for construction of approx 6,000 feet to 24” thick grouted stone bank protection and approx 1,800 feet of steel sheet pile with tie back anchors.
