Project Description: Reconstructing Bancroft Ave from 138th Ave. to 148th Ave. through full depth rehabilitation, including the removal of AC, cement stabilization of road base and application of a surface AC layer.

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:Trucking (hrly and tonnage), traffic control/CAS, roadway milling & offhaul with petromat, adjust SSMH frame/cover, adjust storm water MH frame/cover, storm inlet protection, adjust survey monument cover, adjust communication MH frame/cover, AC paving, soil stabilization, cement, remove/replace striping/pavement markers, reinstall lighted crosswalk, potholing.
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa.. They may also be obtained through City of San Leandro for $25.00/set, 835 East 14th Street, 1st Floor, San Leandro 510/577-3423, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.

(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
