This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Construction Site Management, SWPPP, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, Street Sweeping, Remove Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe, Remove Pavement Markers, Cold Plane AC Pavement, Clearing and Grubbing, Lead Compliance Plan, Roadway Ex, Erosion Control (Bonded Fiber Matrix), Class 2 Aggregate Base, HMA (Type A), Corrugated Steel Pipe, Steel Flared End Section, Rock Slope Protection (Backing No 2, Method B), Delineator (Class 2), Object Marker (Type L-1), MBGR (Steel Post) and Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe.
