SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids and material quotes from DVBE/SBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the recommended goal for minority participation. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for 60 days from the date of Notice of Ward.

Where needed, SEMA will help with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance and/or services. EOE.
