Project Description ~ Modify the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Center Street from a stop controlled intersection to a modern roundabout and replace the curb, gutter and sidewalk along Pacific Avenue from the intersection of Center Street southward approx. 1,500 feet. Resurfacing West Cliff Drive to Bay Street and Pacific Avenue east from the intersection approx. 200 feet to match existing paving.
