            SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids & material quotes from UDBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the recommended 6% goal for minority participation.  Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions.  Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions.  Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote.   Please allow for prices to be held for 60 days from the date of Notice of Ward.
