SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids & material quotes from DBE/SBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the recommended 5% DVBE and 20% SBE goal for minority participation. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for 120 days from the date of Notice of Ward.
