Coffman Specialties, Inc. is signatory to all unions. Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for contract award. Firms must possess insurance per the requirements set forth in the prime contract documents. Waiver of Subrogation will be required. 100% Payment & Performance Bonds will be required, and we will pay up to 1.5% of the cost of the bond. We will provide assistance and advice with obtaining bonds, insurance, credit, equipment, materials and supplies. ***Subcontractors must provide a current contractor’s license number with their quote. *** Plans and specs are available at no cost to interested firms.
