We hereby solicit quotes from all responsible Subcontractors and Suppliers including DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work: Construction Staking Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Type III Barricade, Lead Compliance Plan, Water Pollution Control Plan, Temporary & Permanent Erosion Control, Water Quality Monitoring & Sampling, Biologist & Protection of Fish, Invasive Species Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Imported Borrow, Asphalt & Related, Permanent Steel Casings, 24” and 48” CIDH Piling, Prestressing Cast-in-Place Concrete, Bar Reinforcing Steel, Bridge Removal, Rock Slope Protection (Method B) and Fabric, Temporary & Permanent Fencing, Transition Railing (Type WB-31), Concrete Barrier (Type 836), Striping & Midwest Guardrail System

NOTE: R.A. NEMETZ IS WILLING TO BREAK ITEMS OF WORK INTO SMALLER INCREMENTS TO ASSIST DBE CONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS IN OBTAINING WORK ON THIS PROJECT.

Requirements: No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation.
