Caliba, Inc. is requesting quotations from all qualified DVBE subcontractors and material suppliers performing commercially useful functions for the following project:

General work description: Replacement of the existing lunch trellis with a metal shade structure, improvements to two playground areas with fabric shade structures, addition of a walking track, and alterations to the men’s and women’s restrooms in Building A.

Scopes requested include, but are not limited to: Demolition, Excavation, Grading, Concrete Foundations and Flatwork, Reinforcing Steel, Structural Steel, Shade Structures, Miscellaneous Metals, Welding, Carpentry, Sheet Metal, Doors and Hardware, Drywall, Plaster, Tile, Flooring, Painting, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Signage, Plumbing, Mechanical/Ventilation, Electrical, Low-Voltage Systems, Asphalt Paving, Seal Coating, Pavement Markings, Storm Drainage, Erosion Control, Trucking, Hauling, and Material Suppliers.
Playground equipment, equipment footings and installation, rubberized safety surfacing, and playground subbase are assigned to the owner’s vendor and are excluded from this solicitation.

Caliba, Inc. is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DVBE contractors and suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% performance and payment bonds are required. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license. Please contact our Bidding Department for details.
