General work description: Repair wildlife crossing, wildlife fence, & place RSP.

Herback General Engineering is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Time-Related Overhead (Wday), Develop Water Supply, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Portable Changeable Message Sign (Ls), Automated Flagger Assistance Device, Job Site Management, Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Temporary Cover, Temporary Fiber Roll, Temporary Silt Fence, Temporary Construction Roadway, Street Sweeping, Temporary Concrete Washout, Invasive Species Control, Temporary Wetland Protection Mat, Temporary High-Visibility Fence, Clearing And Grubbing (Ls), Roadway Excavation, Remove Earth Material, Gravel Mulch, Decomposed Granite, Bonded Fiber Matrix (Sqft), (F) - Minor Concrete (Minor Structure), Concrete Invert Paving, Rock Slope Protection (300 Lb, Class Iv, Method B) (Cy), Rock Slope Protection (60 Lb, Class Ii, Method B) (Cy), Rock Slope Protection Fabric (Class 8), Natina Stain (Metal), Wildlife Fence, Remove Fence (Type Wm)

For any bid proposal submitted on or after March 1, 2015 and any contract for public work entered into on or after April 1, 2015, the following registration requirements apply: Every Subcontractor is required to be registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Public Contract Code. No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal pursuant to Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. No bid shall be accepted nor any subcontract entered into without proof of the Subcontractors current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. PLEASE PROVIDE DIR # WITH QUOTE See specifications for exact insurance requirements and verbiage. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit, equipment, supplies or materials necessary to participate in this project. If 3rd tier Subcontractors are being used, they must be noted on the quote and only perform no more than 0.05% of the scope of work being quoted.
