Scope of Services: The City of Richmond’s sanitary sewer collection system is periodically CCTVd by Veolia Operation and Maintenance staff. This information has been assessed by Veolia and V.W. Housen and Associates, which has identified several pipe segments, which are currently inaccessible due to obstruction, line collapse, joint defect and other such defects that are in need of repairs and/or replacement. In an effort to extend the life of the pipe and improve the reliability of the sanitary sewer collection system, the pipe repairs are comprised of point repairs, complete line replacements or pipe bursting techniques.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: 90600 - Architectural Services, Professional, 90700 - Architectural And Engineering Services, Non-Professional, 90922 - Building Construction, Non-Residential (Office Bldg., Etc.), 91800 - Consulting Services, 91815 - Architectural Consulting, 91819 - Buildings, Structures And Components Consulting, 91842 - Engineering Consulting, 91843 - Environmental Consulting, 92517 - Civil Engineering, 96895 - Wastewater Treatment Plant, Operations, And Testing, 96896 - Water And Wastewater Treatment Services & 99999 - Capital Improvement Projects

We are signatory to both the Carpenters Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Laborers Collective Bargaining Agreement. Certification of insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation are required. A Waiver of Subrogation will also be required with all Subcontract Agreements. Subcontractors’ faithful performance and payment bonds in the amount of the subcontract price will be required. Reasonable market rate bond premium will be reimbursed by Thompson Builders Corporation.
