Engineers Estimate: $5,900,000

General work description: This project involves the fabrication and installation of two aluminum flat covers over two existing 100-foot primary clarifiers to enhance odor control. Core activities include demolition of existing launder covers, demolition of existing clarifier walkways, installation of new flat covers over the full surface area of each clarifier, installation of new launder covers, ducting tie-ins to an existing odor control system, and completion of all required electrical, structural, and mechanical modifications. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining uninterrupted wastewater treatment activities with a high standard of safety throughout all phases of the work. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of 250 working days.

Caliba, Inc. is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DVBE contractors and suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% performance and payment bonds are required. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license. Please contact our Bidding Department for details.
