Project Description: Rehabilitation of the existing concrete marginal wharf at National City Marine Terminal, Berths 24-3 and 24-4. Work includes demolition of portions of the existing deck, pile caps, and appurtenances; construction of a new reinforced concrete deck; repairs to existing piles and installation of pile jackets; replacement of waterfront components; utility and drainage improvements; and associated site work. Work must be coordinated to maintain terminal operations and minimize disruption to tenants and vessel activity.
