Scope of Services: General work description: The project will construct pedestrian and bicycle improvements beginning on the south side of the intersection of 22nd Street and Grove Street, continuing north on Grove Street, connecting via 12th Street to Paradise Drive, continuing on T Avenue north via 8th Street up to the intersection of T and 4th Street. The project then continues through U Avenue onto Division, followed by N. T Avenue until it connects to Beta Street. The project includes installing signing and marking improvements, bike boxes, construct pedestrian and bikeway connection curb improvements, and other related items.
