The estimated cost of the project is $6,400,000.

Caltrans is conducting a Prebid job site visit, scheduled on October 20, 2021 at 10:00 am at 250 Victory Ct., Oakland, CA 94607.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
