General Work Description: This project rehailitates the aging waterfront infrastructure at NCMT Berths 24-3 and 24-4 through concrete wharf reconstruction, pile repairs, utility improvements, and replacement of marine berthing components. Work includes extensive structural demolition and reconstruction, marine pile rehabilitation, utility upgrades, environmental compliance measures, and coordination with ongoing port operations to maintain terminal functionality throughout construction.
Granite is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified SBE firms, for all bid items, including but not limited to the following trades and work classifications: Marine, Marine Accessories, Marine Equipment, Heavy Civil, Civil, Concrete, Concrete Forms, Light Weight Concrete, Heavy Equipment, Cleat, Double Bitt, Trucking, Screed, EPS Foam, Fender, Berth

Requirements: Granite is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and a current DIR registration. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the subcontract amount may be required. Granite may assist with bond premiums up to 1%.
