The project includes surface and subsurface demolition; storm drainage, sewer, water, communication and electrical facilities; fire protection; sewer lift station construction; roadway and retaining wall construction; landscaping and irrigation; street lighting; paving; striping and signage; traffic control; fencing; erosion control; and grading.

Quotes are requested for work and supplies including, but not limited to:

• Shoring boxes; site assessment and field observation; electrical; partnering workshop facilitation; construction management, scheduling and cost services; environmental permitting.
• Pipeline construction, maintenance and repair; sewer and storm drain construction; water systems, mains and service lines; underground utilities; utility relocation and removal; sewer lift stations and parts; fire ladders; water quality monitoring equipment.
• Excavation; heavy construction; demolition; contaminated groundwater and soil services; waste management; hauling; borrow and soil; crushed stone; rock asphalt.
• Highway and road construction; curb and gutter; paving and resurfacing; pavement marking; traffic control.
• Fabricated and prefabricated buildings; hollow and solid blocks; chain-link, metal slat, tubular and temporary fencing; landscaping; irrigation.
