The project includes construction renovation of the existing Livorna Park in Alamo, CA. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to construction renovation of concrete retaining walls, playground upgrade, basketball court, bocce court, pedestrian walkways, paving, signage, bathrooms, shade structures, mist play area, benches, fencing, drinking fountain, bike racks, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, sewer, storm drain, plumbing and electrical.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Trucking, Landscape, Irrigation, Site Furnishings, Electrical, Storm Drain, Fencing, and Court Surfacing. Please see the plans and specifications for a complete list of bid items.

Interstate Grading & Paving, Inc. will negotiate and will breakdown any portion of contract bid item to encourage & facilitate DBE/WBE/MBE/SBE/DVBE/LBE participation as well as assist in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services.
