Work performed under this Contract shall comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and reporting requirements specified in Compliance to City of San Diego Standards, Specification Referenced Standards, Special Provisions, Funding Agency Provisions (Attachment D - including Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Requirements), Project Labor Agreement and Bid Specifications, including but not limited to American Iron and Steel. OHLA is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters Unions, non-signatory Subcontractors may be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under OHLA’s union agreements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to OHLA USA, Inc. OHLA USA, Inc. will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Flexible time frames for performance, delivery and breaking out portions of work into economically feasible packages to encourage participation may be discussed. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor’s quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Quotations are to remain valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for contract award. Include applicable DBE certifications issued and validated by pertinent agencies. Potential Subcontractors and Partners will be required to sign OHLA’s standard subcontract, a copy is available upon request.
