License No. 626859 THOMPSON BUILDERS CORPORATION is requesting bids from ALL subcontractors, suppliers & truckers, but ESPECIALLY WBE/MBE firms Subcontractors, suppliers & truckers for the following project: Box Link: https://tpcorp.box.com/s/brqh0dkvsc08fzwpe2oz1jxhakzuqjj6 Project Description: (includes but not limited to the following) Remove and replace orchestra pit lift mechanism, north and south lobby restroom slab replacement and ADA upgrades, install new fixtures, finishes & lighting, new dressing room and ADA single occupant bathroom, north and south lobby slab demolition and replacement with new concrete slab with micro piles, new main exterior door, additional of egress lighting & illuminated exit signs with battery backup, replacement of branch circuits and provide emergency circuits for sump pumps, replacement of below grade and exterior electrical work, under slab waterproofing and below grade concrete crack/joint injection, mechanical equipment upgrades, audio visual improvements, and painting of exterior. Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including but not limited to: Construction Waste Management, Indoor Air Quality Management, Shoring, Selective Demolition, Abatement, Concrete Removal And Surface Preparation, Chemical Grout Injection Grouting, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Decorative Concrete Topping, Concrete Floor Underlaymen, Masonry, Structural And Miscellaneous Steel Framing, Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Interior Architectural Woodwork, Architectural Wood Casework, Plastic Paneling (Frp), Thermal Insulation, Hollow Metal Doors And Frames, Roof Patching And Repair, Fireproofing Repair, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Finishings, Signage, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating And Air Conditioning, Electrical, Fire Alarm System, Site Clearing, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Pavement, Concrete Curbs And Gutters, Pavement Markings, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Sanitary Sewer System, Subdrainage, Environmental Survey Report, Asbestos Notification. Please review plans & specs for complete list of bid items. We are signatory to both the Carpenters Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Laborers Collective Bargaining Agreement. Certification of insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation are required. A Waiver of Subrogation will also be required with all Subcontract Agreements. Subcontractors’ faithful performance and payment bonds in the amount of the subcontract price will be required. Reasonable market rate bond premium will be reimbursed by Thompson Builders Corporation. TBC is willing to discuss breaking down bid items into economically feasible units for minority participation. Our estimating department is available for assistance with bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies and/or materials.
