Scope of Services: Construction of Pier E Middle Harbor Terminal South Battery Exchange Building, a new, single-Story, pre-Engineered metal building (PEMB) and site work, including precast prestressed concrete piles.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Concrete, Rebar, Structural steel, Misc metals, Rough carpentry, Waterproofing, Insulation, Doors/frames/hardware, Overhead coiling doors, Drywall and metal studs, Painting, Signage, Fire protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire alarm (Notifier), Driven precast concrete piles, Asphalt paving and striping, Fences and gates & Site utilities

ALL BID ITEMS ARE OPEN FOR BID, including items of work normally performed by Archico Design Build Inc. (ADB). Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Archico Design Build Inc. (ADB) will work with interested SBE/VSBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
