is seeking DBE Qualified Sub-Contractors on the following Project

Project Name : Clement Avenue Safety Improvements       
Bid Date   9-20-23 at 12:00 PM.     

              General work description: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with removing the railroad tracks and ties, resurfacing, cold plane and pavement overlay, cycle track installation, re-striping, sidewalk ADA improvements, including mobilization, demobilization, Water Pollution Control Plan (WPCP), traffic controls, debris and pollutant containment, permits, clean-up and all other associated work and incidentals required to complete the project as designated in the plans.

The DBE Contract goal is 23 percent.

The estimated cost of the project is $4,590,000.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
