DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead compliance, develop water supply, PCMS, traffic control system, temp creek diversion, temp crash cushions, SWPPP, REAP, erosion control, street sweeping, storm water sampling and analysis, temp conc washout, imported borrow, clear and grub, roadway/structural/ditch excavation, geotextile subgrade enchancement, landscaping, aggregate base, slurry seal, backfill, HMA asphalt, rubberized HMA, place dike, cold plane, AC Paving, hydro seeding, hydro much, cellular confinement syst,   steel soldier pile, drilled hole, CIDH, PS CIP concrete, demo, structural concrete, minor concrete, rebar, architectural treatment, concrete backfill, lean concrete backfill, pipe – RCP/PVC/DIP, Steel pipe, steel pipe expoxy coated and cement mortar lined, valves,  disinfect and flush water lines, objects and markers, MSE, F&E PC conc panels (bat houses), PTFE spherical bearings, joint seal assembly, timber lagging, sound wall masonry w/ plexiglass, clean and paint soldier piling, bridge removal,  slope paving concrete, survey and monitoring, MWGR Syst, concrete railing, metal railing,  cable railing, alt in-line terminal syst., pavement marking, K-rail, concrete supply, concrete flared end section, pipe supply, rock slope protection, misc. iron and steel, misc metal bridge, drainage, signal and lighting, anti-graffiti, fencing, concrete barrier, construction materials and trucking. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values.  Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Please call to discuss how Ames Construction can assist you in your bonding, credit and/or insurance needs. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this project. Ames’ Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and Conditions” including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
